So I wanted to post this morning about the experience we had purchasing our first home.

Had looked at approximately 30 house total in a 2 week period and 15 in one day. After a long haul Stephanie and I finally picked a perfect place we can now call home. We wouldn't of been able to do this with out our amazing Realtor and true friend Patty Farmer. She pushed through making sure all of our needs were met and helped us celebrate this big step. She told us the first day to make a top 5 wish list. Stephanie and I had no idea what she was talking about but we followed her suggestion. We put together something for her and a budget and some how she managed to meet all of our items on the list and did it under our budget.
